Workshops
Education Staff / Support Workers
Our workshops are designed for educators, early learning professionals, and support workers who want to create inclusive, structured, and regulation-friendly environments. We cover practical behavioural strategies, communication approaches, SWPBS, AAC information and demonstrations, disability inclusion, and meaningful reasonable adjustments. You’ll also explore the importance of routine and structure, how to set up learning spaces to reduce overstimulation, and how to understand behaviour through a compassionate, communication-focused lens. Each workshop is practical, engaging, and grounded in real experience—giving you the knowledge and confidence to support every learner across early childhood, school, and community settings.

Parents / Caregivers
Our parents and caregivers workshops are designed to help you better understand your child’s behaviour, communication needs, and the supports available to your family. We explore the importance of communication, AAC demonstrations, PECS and ALDs explained, and practical strategies for building consistency, routine, and structure at home. You’ll also learn about early intervention, community supports and groups, how to navigate the NDIS, and how to get the most out of your plan. We also cover how to communicate effectively with support workers, what questions to ask when interviewing new team members, and why strong, clear communication across your child’s whole support network is essential. These workshops are warm, informative, and designed to give you confidence, clarity, and the tools to support your child’s growth and wellbeing.
